![]() This usually indicates a problem with the profile the scanner uses. There is no reason for the file to come out of the scanner with a purple cast under the white clouds. Your highlights seem to be white but the shadows are purple. If so what software? Anyone got any tips about getting the right colours out of Velvia (and Velvia 100) when scanning? I use an epson V500 with Epson software, and although I get rich, deep colours, they're always slightly purple-pinkish-reddish tinged:
